CHI SIAMO

ABOUT US

The taste of history and tradition

We believe that love for the territory, passion for good food and the beauty of conviviality are fundamental ingredients to make our dishes authentic and genuine.

Osteria da Bussé was born from a strong desire to enhance an autentic pontremolese gastronomic proposal and from the patient and respectful recovery of the environments that have made the history of this place.

Our idea of cooking is rooted in tradition, through the constant search for quality, raw materials, direct contact with small local companies, respect for seasonality and the rediscocery of ancient flavors, combined with modern preparation techniques.

Our menu
